TMJ Massage
45 & 60-minute sessions
For anyone suffering from TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint/Jaw pain).
This massage is concentrated with a primary focus on the jaw, neck, and head. For those who grind their teeth, clench their jaws, or might experience clicking in their jaws at night or while under stress. This massage is designed for the face and head, however, optional trigger point release for the jaw can be worked intraoral (inside of the mouth) to help relax muscles as well.
Cold Stone Migraine Relief Massage
45 & 60-minute sessions
60 million people a year suffer from headaches. This is a custom-designed fusion of cold marble stones that contour along key headache sites to decrease the pressure of dilated blood vessels, specially blended essential oils with combinations to counteract the top four headache causes. This treatment is a harmonious therapeutic approach for all kinds of headache pain.
Cupping Massage Therapy
(Cupping is a technique that can be added to the “I Don’t Know, TMJ Massage or Migraine Relief Massage as needed. Talk to Tiffany if you are interested in adding Cupping to your next session.)
Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine that uses negative pressure/cups that are placed on the body with suction. Talk to your Massage Therapist about the benefits, including blood flow and circulation to an area, helping with mobility and loosening adhesions, reducing pain, and inflammation, and even be relaxing!

The De-Stresser
30, 45, 60, 75 & 90-minute sessions
This massage is intended to help you unwind and de-stress. Discuss with your Therapist what amount of pressure you prefer, but this session usually has a light to medium pressure (sometimes referred to as ‘Swedish’) allowing the mind and body to be transported to a tranquil state of relaxation. There is a long list of benefits that can provide both physical AND mental relief.
